Weight Watchers suggests that you only weigh yourself once a week. I am sorry WW but I cannot do this, I have to weigh every day. It’s this OCD thing I have, CRAZY brain here. I witness the weird ups and down my weight does, and yes it does frustrate me but it can be exciting.
Unlike this morning, when I weighed and lost 4 pounds since yesterday. How? What? WTF? Yup those were my thoughts. Even after I weighed myself 3 times with the same result. Now this is a mystery. I gained two pounds somehow, then bam I’m down 4. Did I really gain two pounds? Or did I lose two pounds and my scale decided to be a douche and play with my mind? If you know the answer, please share it with me.
